Sydney SP ("we", "us") provides Speedpanel wall installation services in Sydney, New South Wales. This page explains what personal information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
This website has no forms, no accounts and no newsletter. We do not collect any personal information through the site itself.
We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, by phone or by email. In that case we may hold your name, your company, your phone number, your email address and whatever project information you send us, such as drawings or a wall schedule.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the work, and meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited details with our suppliers or subcontractors where it is necessary to price or deliver your project, for example passing wall dimensions to our panel supplier. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
All images on this site are served from our own domain. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address as part of the normal working of the web. We do not use this to identify you.
Where it is stored
Enquiries sit in our email system. Some of the services we use to run the business store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves those providers handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sydneysp.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
